BIOL 4220 - Neuropsychopharmacology3-3 4220. Neuropsychopharmacology. 3 hours. Comprehensive examination of the physiological effects of major psychotropic drug classes that affect the central nervous system, including the interactions between neurotransmitter systems and physiology; neuroanatomical pathways and behavior; synaptic functions and behavioral disorders. Open to all majors. Prerequisite(s): junior standing. May not be repeated at the graduate level as BIOL 5220.
