CJUS 4380D - Advanced Criminalistics II3 hours This course will provide an advanced examination of specified sub-disciplines of criminalistics, including analysis of latent prints, trace evidence, and controlled substances. This course is designed to provide students with an understanding of the scientific method of analysis, the theory of individualization, and the application of critical thinking as applied to these sub-disciplines. Prerequisite(s): CJUS 2100D and CJUS 3300D or equivalents or consent of the instructor.
