FINA 3311 - Real Estate Fundamentals

Description: Students are introduced to the principals of real estate economics and finance. The purpose of this course is to provide broad exposure to the landscape of real estate markets and commercial real estate investments, while introducing key issues in these markets that provoke analysis from a finance perspective.
