COMM 4350 - Gender and Communication3-3 3 hours (3;0;0). Exploration of the connections between gender, rhetoric, and public culture. Analyzing rhetorical constructions of gender in American discourses including politics, race, and sexuality, in contexts that include public protests, speeches, movies, poetry, television, and music. Prerequisite(s): Must have a grade of C or better in COMM 1010- Introduction to Communication. Course Typically Offered: Fall (Odd Years).
