International and regional financial institutions and arrangements; balance of payments, theory, adjustments and impact on world trade; role of commercial and central banks in financing international flow; financing exports and imports; the instruments and markets of foreign exchange; determination of exchange rates. Prerequisite(s): FINA 3770 with a grade of C or better. Course Typically Offered: Fall and Spring.
