COUN 5690D - Practicum in Counseling

Provides actual counseling experience with a variety of clients and problems. Prerequisite(s): all required degree courses in counselor education except COUN 5720D and COUN 5721D. Students who take the practicum in counseling during the summer must enroll for both terms. The second-term enrollment will be in COUN 5900D. Prerequisite(s) : All required degree courses in counseling program except specialty track course ( COUN 5300D, COUN 5770D, COUN 5600D, COUN 5750D ) , COUN 5720D, and COUN 5721D. COUN 5740D may be taken concurrently. With the exception of COUN 5700D, students may take an elective concurrently.
