ACCT 5371 - Strategic Cost Management

This course will explore the role and scope of the strategic cost management function within today’s organization. Current cost management tools incorporated with organizational strategy improve the quality of information managers use for planning, controlling, and decision-making. Prerequisite(s): ACCT 3270 or ACCT 5130 with a grade of B or better. May not be taken more than twice at UNTD.
