Alternative theories of the observed behavior of nation states, international and transnational organizations and multinational actors, with explorations of the use of cooperation and coercion to resolve conflicts. Prerequisite(s): Completion of the core American government sequence: PSCI 1040 and either PSCI 1050 or PSCI 1060.
