LAW 7324 - BANKRUPTCY3.0 - 3.0
7324. 3 hours. The rights, duties, and remedies of debtors, creditors and trustees under the U. S. Bankruptcy Code are examined. The course also covers enforcement of money judgments, insolvency proceedings and the use of alternative dispute resolution in bankruptcy. Federal bankruptcy law is emphasized. Prerequisite or Co-requisite: LAW 7322 (Commercial Law).
