COMM 3332 - Communication Law3.0 - 3.0 3 hours. Study of contemporary communication law, with a focus on strategic communication and new media issues. Topics may include freedom of speech and press, corporate and commercial speech, media rights management, intellectual property, libel, and freedom of information. Prerequisite(s): Must have a grade of C or better in COMM 1307- Introduction to Mass Communication.
