5170. 3 hours. Tools and techniques used and proposed in corporate financial management. Analysis of the investment and financing decisions and the environment in which such decisions are made are covered in readings, case problems and class discussion. Offered in Spring only. Prerequisite(s): FINA 5040 (or FINA 3770 taken during undergraduate degree).
